Having a water cooler on the floor was a nice touch, making it easy to stay hydrated. The staff were helpful when it came to changing rooms for a better view and accommodating my family's needs. However, the valet parking was quite slow, taking a long time to retrieve the car when we needed it, which caused some stress before our appointments. Also, the lack of breakfast options felt like a missed opportunity for a more complete stay. The shower-only bathrooms could have used better amenities, too. Overall, it’s a charming place with a vibe that I enjoyed, but a few changes could elevate the experience significantly.

I absolutely loved my stay as the cozy and small hotel was just a few steps from the stunning University of Guanajuato and the vibrant Jardin de la Union, making it perfect for my city strolls.

Perfect location near key attractions, cozy King Room, fun street performers, and enjoyable local ambiance made for a worthwhile trip.

The hotel lacks breakfast options!!! Room acoustics allow noise from other guests to intrude!!! The laundry service left clothes smelling unpleasantly, requiring better attention to cleanliness!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the relaxing balcony where I sipped my morning coffee and the cozy lounge area that was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only hiccup was the slow valet service, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. If you visit, definitely take advantage of the nearby attractions to make the most of your trip! 😊

The Twin Room was comfy enough for our stay. We loved the big king bed and the cute little balcony, perfect for chilling out. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too! A bit noisy outside at night with traffic and music, but the location made it easy to explore. On the downside, the bath products were pretty bad and the bathrooms were just shower only, which was a little disappointing.
